Our answers to all six
Yes you own your number. No we don't train shared models on your data. Data is US-hosted, encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). On cancellation we export your data and delete ours within 30 days. We provide a signed DPA on request. We have had zero customer data breaches.
Common questions
Can a competitor see my customer data through the AI?+
No. Your data is isolated in your account. We are contractually barred from sharing or using it for any other client, and we can provide a signed data processing agreement that spells this out.
What if I want to cancel?+
We export your full data — contacts, transcripts, booking history — in a standard CSV/JSON format and delete our copies within 30 days of your request. You keep your phone number and all your listings.
Is it safe to let AI book appointments with my customers?+
Yes. The AI acts in your name, under settings you approved at setup. It can't make refunds, change prices, or access your bank. For any action outside its configured scope, it routes to you.
